About me and this webpage
I live in Copenhagen, Denmark, and study math at the University of Copenhagen. My primary interests are applied math (including probability theory, constrained optimization and game theory), but I also enjoy doing abstract math, in particular number theory, as a hobby. Besides studying, I work as a programmer for Edlund A/S, who make administration and computational software for insurance companies.
My great passion besides academics is basketball. I've been playing, refereeing and coaching for many years though lately I've been focusing on coaching in Falcon. In my spare time I like to do sports, read and travel.
About this page: When you have a webpage you inevitably at some point end up asking yourself what purpose it serves. Way back in the beginning, I guess it was mostly if not entirely about having the opportunity to play around and learning how to actually write a web page. Though this certainly is still part of the reason a second reason has become increasingly clear as time went by. I'm a strong advocate for knowledge sharing and having a webpage is a great way to do this! So very many clever people post interesting scripts, programs, tutorials, blogs, reviews, tips, hints and much more on the web that either inspires me or helps me in my daily life. Therefore, in short, one could say that the purpose of this webpage is to share any knowlegde that I think/hope could be useful to others.
